1. Service Agreement
By creating an account or configuring monitors on StatusEagle ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are registering on behalf of a company, you represent that you possess the authority to bind that entity.
2. Authorized Monitoring & Fair Use
You may only monitor websites, domain names, APIs, and network infrastructure that you own or have explicit authorization to inspect. Using StatusEagle to conduct denial-of-service, port scans against unauthorized targets, or malicious probes is strictly prohibited and results in immediate account termination.
3. SLA & Availability Disclaimers
StatusEagle strives for 99.99% availability of its monitoring and status page services. While our multi-location verification engine is designed to prevent false alarms, external internet routing irregularities and third-party telecom carrier interruptions may occasionally delay alert delivery.
4. Plan Limits & Billing
Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the selected billing cadence (monthly or annual). You may cancel or adjust your subscription tiers anytime via your customer dashboard.
