Early AccessEagle Intelligence

AI that explains your incidents, and shows its evidence

Eagle Intelligence is the AI layer in StatusEagle, currently in early access. It turns your monitor telemetry into plain-English alert explanations, incident summaries, status update drafts, and postmortems—showing the evidence behind each conclusion and never publishing without human approval.

Practical Intelligence

Six practical AI features, not a chatbot

We started with the high-friction tasks that consume engineering hours during an incident, where your monitor data is rich enough to automate them well.

On every alert

Plain-English alert explanations

Uses:
Error type, status code, which locations failed, recent latency history
Gives you:
One or two sentences on what the error usually means and where to look first
“HTTP 502 from all locations: your proxy or load balancer got no valid response from the app behind it. Check the app process and its logs.”
When an incident opens & evolves

Incident summaries

Uses:
The incident, related monitors, response-time changes, location results
Gives you:
A short summary anyone can read, with the evidence linked
“Checkout slow in one region, healthy elsewhere. Likely a routing issue, not your server.”
Investigating → Identified → Monitoring → Resolved

Status update drafts

Uses:
Incident facts, affected components, your past updates' tone
Gives you:
A customer-ready draft. A human approves before it’s published
“Some customers can't complete checkout. We're investigating and will update within 30 minutes.”
After resolution

Post-incident report drafts

Uses:
Timeline, detection and recovery times, affected monitors
Gives you:
A structured first draft: summary, timeline, impact, possible cause, follow-ups
Saves the hour nobody wants to spend writing the initial incident report.
Every Monday by email

Weekly reliability digest

Uses:
A week of checks, incidents, certificates and domains
Gives you:
Your noisiest monitors, slowest endpoints, and what expires soon
“3 certificates expire in the next 30 days. api.example.com got 38% slower since Tuesday’s deploy.”
When you add a domain

Monitor suggestions

Uses:
Your domain's public pages, subdomains and certificates
Gives you:
A suggested starter set of monitors you can accept in one click
“We found app., api. and status. subdomains, and a checkout page. Add 6 suggested monitors?”

Coming next: grouping related alerts into unified incidents, correlating failures with third-party cloud incidents, and natural language diagnostic querying.

Safety & Control

The rules Eagle Intelligence follows

1

Evidence or nothing.

Every statement points to an empirical check result, incident, or monitor event. If data is inconclusive, the answer is 'insufficient evidence to determine the cause.'

2

Confidence, stated.

Root-cause suggestions are clearly labelled high, medium, or low confidence, with the exact reasoning provided.

3

Humans publish.

Anything customers can see is strictly a draft until a verified team member approves and publishes it.

4

Audit trail.

Drafts, edits, prompt evaluations, and human approvals are permanently logged against the incident record.
